What is your processing time?

The processing time for orders is 48-72 hours(2-3 days) from your order date. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during the holidays this time may vary. See shipping rates for UK and Canada at check out.

**Please understand that processing times is when we are making/packaging your items and shipping times are when we drop packages off with the courier.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Can I change my order?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. Info@merakikalonskin.com


Do you ship internationally?

YES,  we ship international, UK and Canada- l see flat rate at check out.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.


Can I return my order?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, MerakiKalon Skin reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipment's, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. The customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.. Info@merakikalonskin.com


Can I exchange my product?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, for sanitary purposes, all sales are final.


I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, MerakiKalon Skin will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.


How can I find out more information about a product?

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmation can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us with your inquiry.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.


My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product(s). Info@merakikalonskin.com

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in the USA and are all handmade/Handcrafted.

Are your products vegan ? 

Yes, most of are ingredients are vegan (we use beeswax in our eye cream)


Are your products natural?

Yes, ALL of our ingredients are natural 


Does MerakiKalon Skin use parabens or sulfates?

We do not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.


Do you test products on animals?

Our products are not tested on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.


Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.


What temperature do these products need to be stored?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
